What are subliminals?
Subliminals are audio tracks layered with affirmations or binaural beats played below the threshold of conscious attention. The subliminal community uses them for self-concept work, confidence, manifestation, and more. Subly is built specifically for this practice.
How does automatic listening tracking work?
When you play a subliminal inside Subly, the app logs your listening minutes in real time. No manual entries or timer apps needed. Your daily totals feed into your streak and weekly stats automatically.
What is a streak, and what happens if I miss a day?
A streak counts consecutive days you hit your listening goal. If you miss a day, your streak resets — but your badges and history stay safe. Your buddy gets a gentle heads-up so they can cheer you back on.
What is an accountability buddy?
A buddy is another Subly listener you pair with for mutual support. You can see each other's streaks, share playlists, send private messages, and celebrate milestone badges together. You stay in control of what you share and with whom.
Is Subly free?
Subly will have a free tier and an optional Pro plan. Free users get core playlists, streak tracking, and one buddy slot. Pro adds unlimited playlists, detailed stats, multiple buddies, and priority access to new features. Pricing will be announced at launch.
When is the app launching?
