Subly is a calm app built for the subliminal listening community. It brings together playlist management, automatic listening logs, streak tracking, and private buddy accountability in one place.
What are subliminals?
Subliminals are audio tracks that layer affirmations or tones below conscious hearing. Many people use them for self-concept work, confidence, and manifestation. Subly is built specifically for this practice.
How does automatic tracking work?
When you press play inside Subly, the app logs your listening time in real time. No timers, no manual entries. Your daily total feeds directly into your streak and weekly summary.
What happens if I miss a day?
Your streak resets, but your badges and full history stay safe. Your buddy gets a gentle notification so they can encourage you to start again.
What is an accountability buddy?
A buddy is one other Subly listener you pair with. You can see each other's streaks, share playlists, and message privately. You control everything you share.
Is Subly free?
